"Translation(s) III; Bodies In Transit" is a unique film presenting 9 artists’ perspectives on globalisation and the movement of people. The film explores some of the most topical issues today, including migration, immigration, and refugees, and asks us to consider our underlying common humanity.
The international artists explore the theme of "Bodies in Transit" through interdisiplinary video works. They reimagine the flow of bodies across national and cultural barriers, as well as through more abstract interpretations. Featured artists include A4C (IT), Justin Ascott (UK), Damon Ayers & Tessie Word (US), Lynn Book (US), Jessica Ledwich (AU), Zoran Poposki (HK/MK), Chooc Ly Tan (FR/UK) and Tang Kwok-Hin (HK).
This video art project is curated by two European artists working in Hong Kong, Zoran Poposki and Laurence Wood.
